The Department for Work and Pensions-funded Individual Placement Support in Primary Care (IPSPC) scheme, named Work Wise, is delivered by Surrey County Council and is aimed at jobseekers aged over 16 who may struggle to get into work due to health issues or disability.

The scheme is designed to empower and bolster the local workforce, whilst providing support and resources to individuals looking for work in Surrey and North East Hampshire.  Work Wise will provide comprehensive support to individuals throughout their employment journey.

The programme is being delivered in partnership with local organisations including Surrey Choices, Richmond Fellowship, Get Set UK, Surrey Welfare Rights Unit and Citizens Advice.
