With effect from 16th September 2024 the Wellbeing Prescription team are no-longer receiving new referrals.  Visitors to the Wellbeing Prescription Website will be automatically redirected to the Healthy Surrey website, where they can access a wealth of health and wellbeing information and resources, including the First Steps to Support phoneline (0333 332 4753).

We’d like to encourage you to recommend these resources to any residents seeking support with their health and wellbeing. As soon as the details for the new social prescribing provision in the area have been finalised, these will be communicated to all.
