Following the publication of the East Surrey Directory of Mental Health Services in July, please find the updated directory on the Growing Health Together website. The directory provides partners information on local services that can support East Surrey residents with their mental health and wellbeing. Most services have a self-referral option unless otherwise stated in the service details table.

Additions to the directory include Head2Head Memory Café, perinatal and maternal mental health services as well as wellbeing support for neurodivergent people.
