Serena joined the VARB team in May 2024.  Serena has over 25 years’ experience in the voluntary sector, her skills include charity financial management, planning, fundraising, tender preparation, and capacity building for charities.

Serena specialises in tenders and bid management by utilising a background in finance and law. She has experience of people management and redundancy consultation in organisations.
