Jean Sainsbury Animal Welfare Trust, founded in 1982, the trust has donated over £12 million to nearly 1,000 UK-registered charities. It supports organisations dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals, as well as conserving wildlife and promoting animal welfare education. Three application deadlines are open to charities registered in the UK each year.
