Based in Crawley and Worthing


We are looking for women who are qualified experienced counsellors and a clinical supervisor to join our well established team working with women and girls who have survived sexual violence (13+). To apply you will need to have:

  • At least Diploma level qualification in counselling/supervision with or working towards accreditation
  • A minimum of three years post qualification experience
  • Experience of working with survivors of sexual violence desirable but training will be provided
  • Availability to work at least one early evening a week

We also have one counselling position we would like to fill at our Worthing Hub. 

Successful applicants will be required to attend our ten day SV training course which takes place on Fridays commencing 5th July 2019


Accredited Sexual Violence training, developed by Rape Crisis is provided. CPD is given four times a year (funding permitting).  Bi-lingual counsellors are most welcome.   If you enjoy working in a committed team of women and are passionate about ending violence against women and girls then we are looking for you.
