The Children’s Trust are looking for an IT Helpdesk Assistant to be part of their busy, friendly and dynamic team providing essential administrative support with their helpdesk.

What will the role involve?

  • Answering phone calls
  • Logging and updating helpdesk requests
  • Opportunity to work with industry standard software packages and IT infrastructure
  • Providing  administrative support where needed
